Parties and Birthdays

1 Age Limits and Lane Capacity: Children aged 10 – maximum 5 children per lane, maximum 3 lanes, in all time slots except Saturdays and Sundays. Children aged 11 – maximum 5 children per lane, maximum 4 lanes on Saturdays and Sundays. Children aged 12+ – maximum 6 children per lane.
 

2 For birthdays or celebrations, arrival must be at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time. There may be 5 or 6 persons per lane, depending on age. (If there are more persons per lane and free lanes are available, additional lanes may be added. If no free lanes are available, Jumanji Bowling Center has no solution in that situation and bears no responsibility.)

3 TO CONFIRM A RESERVATION, A DEPOSIT IN THE AMOUNT OF THE BOWLING PRICE FOR THE SCHEDULED TIME MUST BE PAID WITHIN 24 HOURS FROM THE DATE OF RESERVATION. OTHERWISE, THE RESERVATION WILL BE CONSIDERED INVALID. A previously agreed and confirmed booking may be canceled with a full refund of the deposit up to 10 days before the scheduled date (thank you for your understanding).

4 Children under 12 years of age, as well as persons with special needs, may stay in the bowling center only if accompanied by a parent/guardian/teacher who actively supervises them, so that they and other players/guests can enjoy a safe stay.

5 Minimum booking is 2 lanes for 2 hours each.

6 Bringing in outside food and drinks is prohibited.

7 Users of Jumanji Bowling Center are required to treat the facility, inventory, and other property with respect. In case of damage caused by gross negligence of users, the person who booked the time slot bears responsibility for all resulting damages.

8 Jumanji Bowling Center is not responsible for injuries caused by careless behavior of users, nor for injuries that users may cause to one another.

9 Jumanji Bowling Center reserves the right to ask anyone who does not follow the rules of conduct to leave the bowling alley, as well as in cases where a user’s behavior significantly disturbs or endangers the safety of other users.

10 Hitting the bowling machine ramp with a ball (when throwing too quickly without waiting for the ramp to rise, or throwing multiple balls at the same time – the game is based on throwing one ball, and the ramp serves to indicate that the lane is not ready) will be charged 2000 RSD. If the ramp is hit again, the bowling staff will turn off all lanes where the celebration/birthday is taking place. The parent/organizer is responsible for the behavior of all children at the celebration/birthday, their treatment of the bowling equipment and interior, as well as ensuring that other users on adjacent lanes are not disturbed.

11 Guests are not allowed to bring food/drinks inside of the restaurant/bowling area.
